Wolf repair — questions
What does Wolf F11 mean?+
F11 is a keypad / control board fault — usually a stuck membrane key or failed processor. We confirm with a board-level test.
My oven temperature is off by 25°F. Calibration or sensor?+
We test the RTD sensor resistance before recalibrating. A drifting sensor cannot be calibrated away.
Do you service M-series wall ovens?+
Yes — including touch panel, latch motor and convection element diagnostics.
Are repair parts OEM?+
We use OEM Wolf parts unless the customer specifically approves an alternative.
Warranty
Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed. Parts warranty depends on supplier or manufacturer terms. Unrelated failures, pre-existing issues, intermittent problems not reproduced during diagnosis, and customer-supplied parts are not covered unless agreed in writing.
Pricing
Diagnosis is a paid service. After inspection, KONGRA provides an estimate or quote based on the actual issue, required parts, labor and access conditions. Special-order parts may require a deposit before ordering.
