Special-order or non-stock parts may require a deposit before ordering.
Repair
Performed properly with documented test procedures and clean reinstall.
Invoice & warranty

Pricing policy
Diagnosis is a paid service. After inspection, KONGRA provides an estimate or quote based on the actual issue, required parts, labor and access conditions. Special-order parts may require a deposit before ordering.
Repair warranty
Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed. Parts warranty depends on supplier or manufacturer terms. Unrelated failures, pre-existing issues, intermittent problems not reproduced during diagnosis, and customer-supplied parts are not covered unless agreed in writing.
