Thermador repair — questions

Star Burner won't light — what's wrong?+

Most often a fouled spark electrode, weak spark module or partially blocked port. We test before replacing.

Self-clean latch is stuck?+

The latch motor or microswitch fails on long self-clean cycles. Replaceable as a service part.

Do you service Freedom columns?+

Yes — compressor, evaporator, control board and panel alignment after repair.

Touch panel has dead zones?+

Usually the membrane, ribbon connector or main control. We isolate on-site.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed. Parts warranty depends on supplier or manufacturer terms. Unrelated failures, pre-existing issues, intermittent problems not reproduced during diagnosis, and customer-supplied parts are not covered unless agreed in writing.

Diagnosis is a paid service. After inspection, KONGRA provides an estimate or quote based on the actual issue, required parts, labor and access conditions. Special-order parts may require a deposit before ordering.
