Is the diagnostic visit paid?+

Yes. Diagnosis is a paid service. After inspection we provide a written estimate or quote for the actual repair.

Do you require a parts deposit?+

Special-order OEM parts may require a deposit before they are ordered. Stocked parts do not.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed. Parts warranty depends on supplier or manufacturer terms. Unrelated failures, pre-existing issues, intermittent problems not reproduced during diagnosis, and customer-supplied parts are not covered unless agreed in writing.
