Sub-Zero repair — questions
Why is my Sub-Zero condenser fan running constantly?+
Most often a dirty condenser, failed evaporator fan, or sealed-system inefficiency. We measure superheat and current draw before recommending parts.
Do you work on integrated columns?+
Yes — IC-Series and IT-Series columns, including hinge alignment and panel calibration after repair.
How long do Sub-Zero diagnostics take?+
Typically 45–90 minutes on-site. Sealed-system diagnosis may take longer if leak detection is required.
Do you carry Sub-Zero parts?+
Common service parts on the truck. Sealed-system and electronic boards are special-order and may require a deposit.
Warranty
Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and parts installed. Parts warranty depends on supplier or manufacturer terms. Unrelated failures, pre-existing issues, intermittent problems not reproduced during diagnosis, and customer-supplied parts are not covered unless agreed in writing.
Pricing
Diagnosis is a paid service. After inspection, KONGRA provides an estimate or quote based on the actual issue, required parts, labor and access conditions. Special-order parts may require a deposit before ordering.
